The problem, like I said, is that I am not aware of any way to check this condition using pure Java or even Maven/ANT code. If you know of such a way I would be glad to incorporate it into the code. AFAIK (and I am not a Windows expert) one cannot rely on "administrator" like we rely on "root" for Linux since it is possible to have admin. groups and user names that are admins but are not called "adminXXX"...
