Resolution: Won't Fix
No need - if you look at the POM for _sshd-core_ you will see that it runs all
the tests where BC is not registered - see _test-jce_ profile. To run it simply
use:
{quote}
mvn -P!test-mina clean install
{quote}
or something to that effect...
