Thanks for the clarification - Ill try to get to this issue but I am currently
swamped so I don't know when I'll find some time for it in the near future.
Meanwhile, since you seem to be able to reproduce it consistently, perhaps you
can spare some time and maybe diagnose the problem in a more focused way.
Perhaps we can figure what is the difference between the setup that works and
the one that doesn't - in this context, perhaps opening some (focused) log
levels to TRACE might provide some insights.
Also, please try the newly released version 2.2.0 - we have made some crucial
improvements to the port forwarding code, so perhaps it fixes the problem you
are experiencing.
