I have no strong objection, but I am a bit confused why this is better than checkstyle. Please bear in mind that checkstyle is not only about indentations but also imposes what are currently considered good practices (e.g., max. lines per method, max. parameters, max. file size, max. line length, etc.) as well as protects us from various trivial errors (e.g., not all cases covered in switch).
