[~gnodet] this is not for GUI perspective,
I am comparing this with Mavericks because we are migrating from mavericks to
SSHD.
in Mavericks if user login successfully to the server then based on his local
they are setting server language property to users local and as result it is
reflecting on ui automatically.
Note * : As this mavericks version is not publicly so am not able to attach any
reference link.
