Currently the user needs to pre-choose whether to use the {{ScpShell}} or the
default. While it is possible to wrap the choice inside a {{ShellFactory}}
implementation, we should provide some known defaults - e.g., choose
{{ScpShell}} if the client is {{WinSCP}}, otherwise choose the default
interactive shell.
