Yep. No idea why we don't set the value unconditionally... This was a patch 
applied 12 years ago (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRMINA-561), but I 
simply can't understand why Trustin did set the size only when > 64Kb and not 
in any case. Probably because if < 64kb, as it's just a hint, it's not really 
important to set the size ?
