Thanks [~lgoldstein]. SSHD-1067 is related to client. Using the
SFTPFilesystem does improve the client GET performance. This case is on
SFTP Server side. Server performance is not matching with other SFTP server (
commerical one), When we compared throughput between Apache and commercial
one, with 1kb file Apache SFTP Server was 5 % less, but with 100mb file case
25% degradation was seen. Hence we are trying to see if any tuning can be
done on SFTP Server
