Resolution: Not A Problem
It's been six months since the last response. IMHO the question was adequately
answered. The TCP options are already exposed for configuration. The TCP read
buffer imposes almost no performance impact based on size unless it is so small
that it would have to be continually merged with other buffers to form a full
message, which doesn't appear to be the case.
