this looks the same as DIRMINA-1119. I don't know why but both issues appear
when using QuickFIX/J (https://github.com/quickfix-j/quickfixj/). But I am not
aware of doing anything special that would cause this.
However, do you know why this does not appear with MINA 2.0.20? I thought the
only difference was the part about the notifications outlined here:
https://mina.apache.org/mina-project/2.1-vs-2.0.html
