Hello Team,
Reproduce issue steps:
# Get the server up
# Do some operations
# Shut down the server.
# Restart again, you will fail to re-login again.

Attached is the sshd logs for reference, I didn't found the issue in 2..5.1,
and was able to re-login, any leads will be appreciated.
ReconnectSessionErrorlognew.txt == logfile
