Sorry, I have no example to show you - BTW, the documentation link you cited
reference the +server+ side. I took a glance at it, but it seems likes quite a
problem on the client side that might require some non-trivial changes - which
at this time do not seem to be justified given that this issue is not really
required by the vast majority of our users and the extremely limited R&D
resources at our disposal. I am keeping this issue open as a minor improvement
(no offense - I know for you this might be something major). You are welcome to
clone the code and see if you can suggest an implementation - we always welcome
contributions.

Sorry, I have no example to show you. This is such an obscure feature that we
have no sample implementation. I guess you'll just have to reverse engineer it
- though you can use the example for the main stream as some guideline how to
use the registered stream
