Lyor Goldstein commented on SSHD-1232:
--------------------------------------

{quote}Why can't I start the ssh-server with an already bound socket to accept
and handle all the incoming connections and shut down if there is no connection
for a while.
{quote}
I see no reason why you can't, nor do I know that it is impossible (or
possible) - it's simply something we have not considered. I also doubt we will
get to it due to the severe R&D resources shortage we are operating under and
the (unfortunately) low to non-existing demand for this feature from our users.
Therefore, if it is important to you I am encouraging you to provide a PR with
such code it and we will merge it into the project. I recommend you try placing
your code contribution in the _sshd-contrib_ module. If you do decide to go
forward with this I will be happy to assist in any implementation issues you
might encounter.

> System.inheritedChannel should be a possible channel for sshServer.
> The cannel can be opened by systemd, waiting for a connection and then
> starting the service.
