In SslConfiguration it is possible to set enabled cipher suites. In my opinion
it is a good idea to add the feature to force the cipher suites order.
The API could be like the Java API:
SslConfiguration.setUseCipherSuitesOrder(true);
"True" is already default in Java 13+. Since Java 8 and 11 is still used it is
a good addition.
