Lyor Goldstein commented on SSHD-1306:
--------------------------------------

Version 2.5.1 is extremely old - there were +many+ (many, many, many,...)
improvements and bug fixes. Please try the latest version (2.9.1). That being
said, it is extremely hard to say anything useful without +lots+ of more
information about what you are doing, how you are doing it, what frequency,
etc.. BTW, it can certainly be argued that perhaps you have a bug that does not
release sessions correctly or quickly enough and thus are keeping them alive
somehow.

once we have new session ideally it should reuse the parked thread

Can you provide some idea as to how this can be done in Java ? I am not aware
of +any+ such API.

> Hi Team,
> We have seen many sftp threads in a parking state and it pointing to a queue
> (LinkedBlockingQueue) from SftpSubsystem.
> *Use case:* We are sending many files per session.
> Current Apache SFTP lib version: 2.5.1
> Can you please guide/feedback/suggestions for us to solve this problem?
