Can't really say - it is very difficult to tell why you are seeing this. It may
be a bug in SSHD (though I doubt it), or it may be that somehow your code does
not release the threads somehow, or maybe the SFTP clients never close the
connection correctly. All I can say is you have nothing to lose if you try
2.9.1 (BTW, if you wait 1-2 weeks we might have 2.9.2 out...)
