Hi [~elecharny]
The message is sent to the remote peer, but this number keeps increasing.
We maxscheduledwriterequests number exceeds 4000 we stop writing messages to
the remote peer. Because this number is not decreasing (the messages are read
by the remote peer) we are stuck waiting for it to decrease. Because it does
not decrease we are stuck and we need to restart the application to fix it.
