We just _use_ Bouncy Castle for this. If the Bouncy Castle implementation can be made more efficient while still being correct, then that's good for us and other users of Bouncy Castle. Perhaps you should after all create PRs for your changes. That makes it easier for the maintainers to compare and evaluate your proposal, and if they don't want it after all, they can just close the PRs without merging. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
