Fixes #937. - `AbstractSession.removeKexListener()` now removes the listener; it used to call `addKexListener()`. - `AbstractChannel` keeps the `KexListener` it registers in `init()` and removes it in `preClose()`, next to clearing the channel listeners, so a closed channel is no longer reachable from its session. `ChannelExecTest.closedChannelIsNotRetainedBySession` runs one exec channel on a session that stays open and checks that the closed channel can be garbage-collected. It fails without the fix. Ran `ChannelExecTest`, `KeyReExchangeTest`, `KexTest`, `StrictKexTest`, `WindowAdjustTest` and the `Window*Test` classes: all pass.
