MNEMONIC-504: Upgrade the Maven in CentOS Dockerfile to v3.5.4
The Dockerfile for CentOS contains the deployment of Maven that should be
upgraded to v3.5.4 to work with OpenJDK 10.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/lql5083psu/incubator-mnemonic master
