Let me summarize our this meeting for your reference,
1) Verified the process of adding our new PMC members
We have no permissions to change the collaborators in Github upstream
repository, so far, new our PMC memebers can only leave comments for each
PRs, not be able to approve or merge PRs. we may need to check related
Apache processes.
2) Reviewed the Mnemonic PR workflow and corrected several issues.
Rebasing the local branch needs to commit the changes first, so suggest
to trying rebase after commit each time. In addition, the master branch
needs to keep linear with fast-forward option as possible to keep commit
log clean.
3) Estimated the remaining works on Gradle migration
The annotation processor plugin would be the key to make Gradle
migration successful, we are going to try it next week.
4) We keep the milestone for next release at the end of this year, but
subject to major changes if any
5) So far no major block issues
