Hello all, This is a call for a vote to release Apache Mnemonic version 0.13.0.
Our last release version of 0.12.0. was done on 2018, and the project was rebooted this year successfully with a PMC reform and increasing activities from the community. In wake of the project rebooting, the community targeted next releasing plan focusing on (1) improving the building system (maven to gradle migration), (2) bug fixing, and (3) building momentum attracting existing and new developers and committers (24 PR from 9 developers merged in the past months). With those goals achieved successfully, the project is ready for its first release for 2021.
