The current MNEMONIC website is static and doesn't support any interaction with
user input. The plan is to upgrade the website with new backend and frontend:
# Migrate MNEMONIC website from Ruby to Python-based framework (FastAPI in
consideration).
# Refactor FrontEnd with ReactJS.
# Support user session to run Mnemonic JAVA code thru spawned Docker session.
# Plan to setup a forum for users to share their experiences with developers.
