We may consider isolating our dev. environment setup from the host environment
as we found the dependencies of our project may not be supported anymore in the
newer host environment, for example MNEMONIC-745.
Given the container image we already generated for this project. I suggest
that we can consider to add dev. container feature to our project. this way we
can ensure the consistency between development and distribution when we are
using Vscode as IDE.
