Hi, Gary I think the new features (Arrow integration and Native Computing) are not required for 0.1.0 release since they are in very early stage.
0.1.0 release will be the one we already fully tested and successfully used in integration. I'd suggest we let the community to go through the code for a week. let's see if there is any issues. Then we can do a vote.
