Hi Henry 

Slack is good too, however traditionally folks have used IRC so I just blocked 
a channel. Also IRC is open for most countries - don’t know about slack

In Openstack folks record meetings on IRC channels - we can look into that as 
an option too (have apache-mnemonic-meetings) and then archive to wiki.
