IMO, Gary should be right person for the release manager at this stage
(Assuming Gary would be ok with this). I think later(after 2/3 releases)
some one can pick up either me or any others if needed.
Mainly considering his strong hold on the component and dependancies. I
will provide my support to him on release activities. I hope others would
also provide their support anyway.
