Thanks Gary for initiating this idea. In general, developers will be raising pull request for their proposed jira fixes/changes. How about using the same PR for code reviews and merge PR? It would be helpful to reach to a conclusion if you could give few more details about,
1) Should developer raise PR along with FishEye? 2) Please point to any other Apache projects that integrated FishEye and their feedback about the benefits of using it.
