The build configuration would be changed to pull memory and computing services
from maven repository instead of local project building directories in client
POM.
For the convenience of developers, those required configurations of plugins
would be added into example POM but it is commented out due to the example
module must be built with its services in the same project and it do not expect
those services have been install onto maven repository at that moment.
