There are some scripts that need to locate the home directory of project
otherwise, they have to assume the work directory is the home directory of
project when running those scripts.
The best way is to use an environment to indicate the directory like JAVA_HOME
does and those scripts are required to make some changes to adopt MNEMONIC_HOME
accordingly.
