Sure, thank you for asking, the syncToRemote(...) could be used to sync. local 
changes to remote nodes. This feature would be supported by the memory service 
which may distribute its memory-like resources across nodes for reliability or 
sharing. The caller is able to know how many nodes have been synchronized when 
this function returns.
