Do I do it from host, chroot to project, or chroot to target?

MIC calls apt-get install <package_list> to install all the
    packages in the fset.
I would try opening a terminal and manually do an apt-get install
<package_list> and see if that works.
    Thanks,

Subject: Re: [Moblin Dev] MIC Hanging While Adding FSets

I got exactly the same problem here. The processor is actually
100% busy doing apt-get and in another process
(cannot remember exactly the name, maybe localedeb?).
        Help is appreciated.

In MIC, I have created a project (platform -
        mccaslin-lpia) and
        added a
target to it. I then attempt to add the following
        FSets to the
        target
               - samsung-q1-ultra-config and ubuntu-mobile. MIC goes
        about its
business and then eventually hangs at the following:
Setting up gcalculator (1.2.5.2-2moblin9) ...
               Setting up xserver-xorg-input-evtouch (0.8.6-1ubuntu1) ...
               Setting up language-pack-en (1:7.10+20071012) ...
               Setting up language-pack-en-base (1:7.10+20071012) ...
               Generating locales...
                en_AU.UTF-8...
I searched through the archives and, potentially due to
        my own
ineptness, was not able to find an email thread
        discussing this.
        So,
don't know if anyone has encountered this in the past.
Anyone have any idea what is wrong? Is there a log
        file I can
        look at
               for clues?
I tried the same steps on another development box and
        it worked
        with no
               problems.
Thanks.
