Where you built an image using menlow-lpia, you were installing a kernel
packaged and loaded from moblin.org.
The menlow-lpia-ubuntu-hardy-ppa based image is using the Ubuntu Hardy kernel.

Subject: [Moblin Dev] Loadable iusbc
At least for menlow-lpia, iusbc was once a loadable module. For
menlow-lpia-ubuntu-hardy-ppa, iusbc is built-in. What was the reason
for the change? Was it made upstream from Moblin?
We have a special case that requires iusbc be re-loadable. However,
we would like to avoid maintaining a custom kernel -- just for this.
Any chance of reverting to loadable iusbc?
Thanks for any info,
Jon
