Hi All, I am trying to create Fedora (Fedora 8.0 on host system) based LPIA image. But this process is not getting complete, its more than 24 hours I started.
Successfully installed all required packages like Python, autoconf, automake, etc with "yum". Http, ftp proxy settings are correct. While creating image it starts downloading files but after few minutes it shows error as follows: Err http://ports.ubuntu.com gutsy/main x11-common 1:7.2-5ubuntu13 Could not connect to ports.ubuntu.com:80 (91.189.88.36), connection timed out Still it is running...not sure what is the issue. Please guide me if I am doing some thing wrong here. I also encounter this problem once. For me , it's because the yum install process for the rootstrap is not finished due to network speed issue. Just try it again. I think , If you start the image-creator from the terminal, there will be more message output availabe. So that you can post them on here on error.
