Intel folks,
Whats the current plan for incorporating "real" hardware platforms in
the moblin development?
I realize that up until recently your only choice was the hardware that
you are currently using (Acer Aspire One, Asus EEEPC 901, Dell Mini 9),
these where fine for initial development, but none of us are going to
embed any of those models into our new devices that we are trying to
develop.
we actually use a wider range of hardware than just netbooks, but also
we're not using any possible device on the planet.
Now that Congatec has what appears to be the only IVI (In-Vehicle
Infotainment) that is a "real" moblin hardware platform (I have the
Congatec starter kit sitting in front of me now and it is beautiful!)
when can we expect to see this supported as a principal target platform
being used in your development? As I would like to embed THIS platform
in my new device.
I just googled for this device, and if it is

that one... I would think it just works. It looks to be the same chipset
as the laptop I'm using for development for example...
