Hi Yalo

You can find all public accessible documentation for Intel product on
developer.intel.com. Some of it will only be available under NDA and for
registered users.
Registration with the Intel® Architecture Embedded Design Center provides
qualified developers with direct access to Intel technical documentation,
tools, design support and community resources never available before in a
comprehensive online format. You will find the appropriate link here
http://edc.intel.com/Registration.aspx

Once you have registed I think you will find the specific information you are
looking for here
http://edc.intel.com/Search.aspx?q=atom&parenttag=hardware&tag=hschematic
(which is a linked site from developer)

Best regards

Pat
