Try this: 1) Make sure you have a mouse and keyboard connected to the device. You will need a multi port USB to do this.
2) Use the "Default" option to install the live CD image. The "Boot and Install" option will get you the GTK Warning. 3) Once it boots up, click on the "Install to" icon on your screen and this should do it.
