You are suggested to move to MIC2 since MIC1 is no longer supported...

That being said, are you using MIC1 on a x86-64 system? If so that is
not an officially supported scenario and needs some tricks to fix a
few small issues.  I have posted a patch about x86-64 support of MIC1
to this list long ago and you could search for it on
mail-archive.com...  But you really should move to MIC2.
