So it is coming up on two months since the announcement of the GENIVI
Alliance and the web site doesn't currently seem to offer any
advantages to IVI developers (but that may be hidden from me in the
"members area"). They make some pretty lofty marketing type statements
about "dramatically reducing development costs" and "speeds time to
market", etc. I just wondered if it is really worth the membership fee.
Are there middleware source files available for IVI functionality?
So my question to the "group mind" is... Are any of you members in this
alliance and if so, is it worth the $5000 USD / year membership?
