Flash performance has been ok for me. It isn't as good as playing a
video natively in the media player, but it's about as good, relatively,
as it is on the desktop.

There are some issues in the browser that can occasionally cause high
CPU usage, so if you're seeing bad flash performance, it could be worth
closing tabs, restarting the browser, or even (and I hate to suggest
this, but it's worth doing to diagnose the problem) restarting the
netbook.
