The first problem seems to be due to temporary bandwidth problems (assuming it isn't due to proxy settings (http_proxy="proxy:port") ). You should keep trying. Eventually the following should work: $ sudo yum install flash-plugin
The second problem is because you can't download anything from the web browser. It is a known missing feature that is being addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
