I followed windows instructions here for usb method http://moblin.org/documentation/test-drive-moblin/using-moblin-live-image
I have a Samsung nc10 and I used W32DiskImager to apply my live image to the usb, no errors. Then went into my Samsung bios and made sure all usb booted first, still goes into windows instead.
