Summary: the b43 kernel module will work but you need the b43-fwcutter
tool to scrape the firmware out of a windows driver. If you're lazy and
don't care about legal issues, you can most certainly find the firmwares
already cut for you on the internet.

Dell Mini 10v uses Wifi card with PCI ID 14e4:432b which is NOT supported by
b43 driver.
