Costantini,
First, your platform is not in the list which Moblin officially
support. Generally speaking, for the time being, moblin only support Intel Atom
based netbook model.
For the issue you found, we ever met in some Aspireone netbooks, but
can't reproduce repeatedly. The direct reason is somehow, HAL can't detect the
hard disk in some condition. But why, it is still under tracking

Subject: Re: [Moblin Dev] SOLVED - Re: Nautilus and network

Hi to everyone. I found a problem during the installation of Moblin on my
netbook and i think that is the right way to ask help and to notice to every
dev of that project. Maybe i'm wrong... but i'm new about that distro!

PC HP 2133 :

   - 1.2 Ghz, 128KB L2 Cache, 800 MHz Front Side bus VIA C7-M ULV Processor
   - VIA Chrome 9 Graphics
   - 1 GB 667 Mhz DDR2 RAM
   - 120 GB 5400 rpm SATA Hard Drive
   - Broadcom 802.11 a/b/g wireless internet

I try to install the distribution of Moblin on that pc but linux don't found
any Hard Disk. During the edit of partition i can't select any devices. I
didn't found any problem when i installed Ubuntu Linux, and i don't found
any problem when i installed Windows XP too (they give me with Vista
pre-installed). But with Moblin i can't install by myself.

Do you have any ideas or any advice?

P.S. sorry for my bad english... i'm italian :D

Thanks a lot for your time!

Cesare Costantini
