Hi moblin folks,

I wonder if you might provide me a quick trick.

i am loading my beta 2 image from a usb thumb drive for each test.

after boot, i execute a script as root that makes an update to the /home/moblin/.bash_profile
to update the PATH variable. (i want to as /sbin so i can see lsusb)

however, when i switch back to he desktop, open the terminal app, the .bash_profile update is not yet executed. I am guessing this is because the moblin user has already scanned its .bash_profile during boot
and is not looking at it again.

is there any more clean way of handling this besides an open of the terminal window and sourcing the .bash_profile directly?

tia, jackc...
