Surely moblin consists of 2 layers

Moblin foundation
Moblin UX

If your planning on using Moblin Foundation as the basis for a embedded system (as I am) then I can well imagine wishing to choose a minimal install option for X.

However, if you've installed a full moblin ux release then you're probably going about it wrong if the above is your target.

actually, the question you should be asking yourself -- or at least the
question you should answer to the list is: why are you trying to run a
different window manager on moblin? what are you trying to achieve?
