The Intel graphics driver we ship uses Mesa.

As far as I know, the Intel graphics team does not seem to see Gallium as 
something
that would add to their driver. I know Gallium is very much hyped, but I 
personally
have yet to see a single benefit for an existing driver...
(yes I know it makes writing drivers for new hardware easier supposedly)
