Hi!

I am new to moblin, but a steady openSUSE user for years.

I took the moblin 2.1 preview and after installing, ran "yum update"

Then I installed the bluetooth pairing applet and set up a trusted
relation with my mobile phone.

With my 17" laptop I used to travel by train and use wvdial and
bluetooth with 3 different devices:

- Nokia 6600
- Columbus v700 GPS
- Samsung Innov8

I have the rfcomm.conf for these devices at
http://www.dogodigi.net/upload/rfcomm.conf

and a wvdial.conf for my 2 phones at
http://www.dogodigi.net/upload/wvdial.conf

I managed to get wvdial running on moblin on an asus 1005HA-H by
installing what is in the attachement (wvdial.sh)

I can bind my device with rfcomm. But listing the bindings returns
something strange:

[r...@milo-desktop ~]# rfcomm bind 00:21:BA:49:22:40 0
[r...@milo-desktop ~]# rfcomm
rfcomm0: 00:00:00:00:00:00 channel 1 clean

And when I issue:
[r...@milo-desktop ~]# wvdial innov8
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.60

Wvdial hangs...

I would love to do testing for the bluetooth team, next in line is my
GPS device!

Any advice on wvdial would be more then welcome. I would also love to
know how to sign up as tester?

Kind regards,

Milo van der Linden
