I am experiencing the same problem on my Z series ATOM. I take it, you are using the Fluendo Codecs?
It would seem that someone from either Intel working on the Clutter project would be able to help or someone from the Clutter project with this HW would be able to help. Whoever does this would most likely need a Z Series Atom, Moblin Image, and Fluendo Codecs.
