If you grab something called the Moblin Application Installer,
it will offer you the first three of those, and many other apps.

yum install moblin-app-installer

should work for that one.

For an archiver, the package file-roller contains a graphical
one, and the package tar the old classical command-line one.
(the former will get you an icon Archive Manager under Applications
in the Accessories category)
